Safe To Be Circle
This is not a book club. Not a workshop. Something rarer.
Next Circle: October 6 – December 15, 2026
Oakville · Small group · In person
A small group of women who meet in person regularly for honest conversation, reflection and connection. We talk about the things we carry, the patterns we’ve learned, the expectations we’ve lived by, and the parts of ourselves we may have lost along the way.
Sometimes a book gives us a starting point. Other times it may be a theme, a question, or simply what is happening in our lives. But this is not a book club. The conversation always goes deeper than the pages.
This is not therapy. There’s no lecture. No performance of being okay.
It’s for women who are tired of surface conversations. Women who want to feel less alone in what they carry. Women who want a space where they can speak honestly, listen to other women, and be met without judgment.
The format evolves with the needs of the women in the room. What never changes is the safety, the honesty, and the connection.
I was hesitant to join, book clubs aren’t my thing. But Dunia said this was different, and she was right. She handpicked us, and it showed, we fit, similar stage of life, similar mindset.
I came in nervous and isolating myself. I left with real friendships built on trust and honesty in a safe space she created. The book gave me aha moments, but the women gave me connection. Exactly what I needed.

A wonderful experience of women coming together as strangers and became friends as we shared openly, honestly and without judgement. We talked about worthiness, vulnerability and what it means to be our unique selves, and a beautiful reminder that while we all have our own story and fears, there is so much that connects us, and we are never as alone in our struggles as we may sometimes feel.

Dunia handpicked this beautiful group of ladies to be part of our group. I was honoured to be part of it. Safe, honest, non-judgmental group of ladies who are all forces.
Loved every bit of applying the readings to our personal life, everyone being able to share their thoughts, and the group’s empathy and acceptance. Great job, Dunia.

Dunia is a wonderful moderator. She leads at a beautiful pace, allowing all members to have an opportunity to be heard, feel authentically welcome and to feel that they are in a safe space.
A delightful experience every woman should be part of.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
